In order to supply our worldwide retail partners effectively Xing Interactive require Distribution partners to take care of supply chain management and logistics. In some cases we also rely on distribution partners for sales and marketing depending on the expertise available in each territory.

Our distribution partners are a vital link in the value chain as they are our eyes and ears in the field and enable us to have a local presence (by proxy) in a country or region. We value our partners and provide them with the best sales support, marketing support and terms we can offer in order to build structural business as opposed to ad hoc buying and selling.

Creating value

In this day and age games in general are seen more and more as a commodity. Since commodities are sold mainly on price the value has been lost for retailers and distributors alike. Without wanting to make this too scientific Xing Interactive aims to create value for its partners by building a brand and ensuring this brand is perceived as value for money by consumers. Since 2001 Xing Interactive have sold over a million physical cd-rom's and countless sub-licenses to other publishers which ensures a certain degree of brand recognition.

Looking after our partners

Xing Interactive will share leads, market its products in co-operation with distribution partners and provide the best possible terms. All of this to guarantee that any distributor who works with us enjoys every second of it and maximises revenues from Xing Interactive related business. In some countries we have forged exclusive partnerships with distributors who in turn look after all aspects of our business in their territory. Alternatively we have assigned exclusivity for certain channels to distribution partners and created value for them by securing the fact that they are the only ones offering our titles to their customers.
